Hey guys welcome back so I have more business habits to implement in your life and for your business to see results fast

Today is actually a special episode in my mind because I've officially hired a babysitter! I have someone here for four hours today. I've never had this before. So if you’re listen to the video or podcast, you're probably going to hear in them background, just a FYI.

Let's get started with habit number one for today. The 80/20 rule, also known as Pareto’s Principle. What that means is 80% of the results comes from  20% of the work. Another way to think about it is 80% of the traffic on highways is on only 20% of the highways. Another example is carpet, only 20% of the carpet in your house is walked on 80% of the time.

The Sticky Method: Movable Tasks To Build Your Habits

This past weekend, I had the opportunity to go to High Performance Academy with Brendan Burchard. It was an amazing experience & I met some really amazing people there.

It's really funny. Whenever you go to a seminar or an event that's for personal development, you find some amazing people. Quite possibly the most positive people in the world.

I met this really amazing girl, named April Hamilton. I saw one of her lives & she had these sticky notes on the wall behind her. I said to myself, "Okay, I got to know what your sticky notes are about."

That's my love language right there.

She invited me into her group where she had a Sticky Method challenge & that thing is pretty phenomenal.

I want to share with you guys so you can try this also. You can do this any way you'd like. Like I mentioned, hers are on her wall but I have mine on a dry erase board.

You can do Monday through Friday or can include the weekends. Some people include the habits that they want...
