It's official, we’re in the home stretch of my favorite business habits so stick around! I'm Kimberly Pulito & I help people just like you with ridiculously ambitious goals and dream, level up their habits to become doers. Like I just mentioned, we're in the homestretch! We only have seven more business habits to cover and some of these are really going to hit home for some of you, so let's jump in it to the first habit!
1 BEING GRATEFUL. What a great thing to talk about, especially right after Thanksgiving. A lot of people are super grateful and thankful for the things they have on Thanksgiving Day, and then, they just don't do anything else the rest of the year. Something I really want you guys to put into place is a way for you to document the things you’re grateful for every single day.
Now, some of you might say, I really don't...
Welcome back to part three of business habits. I have seven more business habits to share with you to share with you to get your business back in line, in gear, and having you see success.
Hey guys, Kimberly here and I help people just like you with ridiculously ambitious goals and dreams, level up their habits and take them to doer and into massive bold action, which we'll talk a little bit about today.
Like I mentioned, I have seven more business to share with you. So let's just jump in with our first tip of the day:
Positivity. It’s so important to focus on positivity, especially if you are a business owner, if you want to see that long-term success. Because if you're like me, you are going to be faced with negativity at every single turn.
Maybe you're not getting the clients that you want. Maybe your team isn't performing. Maybe your sales...
So much of our behavior comes from the daily habits we do day in & day out. I asked you guys over on Instagram Stories what you wanted to talk about this month & you guys said business habits. Some of the things we'll be talking about the entire month can be used both for personal & business, but I want you guys to look at these from a business perspective.
Our daily habits govern how we think, feel, act & they also have a major impact on our potential for success. I came across quite a few habits that I want to share with you guys that are particularly geared towards business that I wanted to share with you over the next few weeks.
This first one is probably not a surprise to you guys, but its waking up early. I know some of you guys are not morning people, & I was not a morning person whatsoever, but once I started waking up...
Today we're going to talk about the visualization you had in the last week's content and we're going to see if that visualization actually fits in with your 10-year plan. We’ll make that your 10-year goal and chat through how we can work backwards to get there, step by step.
If you’re watching this piece of content, I can only assume/hope that you’ve watched last week's visualization exercise. If you haven't, I highly encourage you to go back and do that. Did you see something you thought you weren't going to see? Maybe it was odd or weird?
If you aren't over my Instagram I shared in one of my posts,...

Have you ever thought about yourself in the future? It could make all the difference in how happy and successful you are later in life. Stick around & we’ll kick off this month’s topic, visualization.
Our future selves are built today, at this very moment. Thinking in that way will help you put your choices, actions, and habits in the right perspective.
Feeling too lazy to wash the dishes? Think about your future self. She would probably be...
This past weekend, I had the opportunity to go to High Performance Academy with Brendan Burchard. It was an amazing experience & I met some really amazing people there.
It's really funny. Whenever you go to a seminar or an event that's for personal development, you find some amazing people. Quite possibly the most positive people in the world.
I met this really amazing girl, named April Hamilton. I saw one of her lives & she had these sticky notes on the wall behind her. I said to myself, "Okay, I got to know what your sticky notes are about."
That's my love language right there.
She invited me into her group where she had a Sticky Method challenge & that thing is pretty phenomenal.
I want to share with you guys so you can try this also. You can do this any way you'd like. Like I mentioned, hers are on her wall but I have mine on a dry erase board.
You can do Monday through Friday or can include the weekends. Some people include the habits that they want...
